MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must possess current licensure as required by state board where services will be provided:
Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology/Medical (Clinical) Laboratory Science OR Bachelors degree in a chemical or biological science, or 30 or more years of previous experience concurrent with CLIA grandfathered exception.

This position will train for 6-8 weeks on dayshift in Hematology. Once trained this employee will work evening shift including rotating weekends and holidays.
A degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Medical Laboratory Technician is preferred. Applicants holding Bachelor of Science degrees in a related science such as Microbiology, Biology, or Chemistry, must have one year pertinent full-time experience or training in a clinical laboratory setting to be eligible for state licensure. State Licensure must be obtained within 90 days of hire, 30 days preferred.
