Wexe2x80x99re seeking a detail-oriented individual with:
Required:
xc2xb7 5 or more years of experience in a Medicare or Managed Care environment managing Enrollment and Billing staff and processes
xc2xb7 3-4 years of managing projects or program in a healthcare or ACO environment
xc2xb7 Experience in project management, health plan operations, and data analysis
xc2xb7 Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
xc2xb7 Experience in leading a team, including managing performance and driving results
xc2xb7 Experience in leading, facilitating, and implementing new programs and/or projects
Preferred:
xc2xb7 A Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Business Administration, Health Care or related field or equivalent experience
xc2xb7 Experience in Premium Billing
xc2xb7 Advanced skills and experience using Microsoft Office, SQL, Jira, and Agile methodology
xc2xb7 Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to develop solutions
xc2xb7 Ability to manage multiple tasks to ensure that assignments are completed in a timely and productive manner
