We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Medicare Benefits Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will help prospective and current clients understand their Medicare benefits options, assist in selecting the best plan, and guide them through the enrollment process. The Medicare Benefits Advisor will work directly with clients to provide expert advice, answer questions, and ensure that they are receiving the most appropriate healthcare coverage for their needs.
Medicare Plan Guidance: Provide expert guidance to clients on the full range of Medicare health insurance options, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans.
Client Consultation: Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients, assess their healthcare needs, and provide personalized advice based on their health status, medications, and financial situation.
Enrollment Assistance: Assist clients with the enrollment process, including educating them on eligibility, deadlines, and required documentation to complete the application accurately and on time.
Plan Comparison: Explain the differences between available Medicare plans, help clients compare benefits, coverage options, premiums, and out-of-pocket costs.
Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing clear and concise information regarding Medicare plans and benefits.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all consultations and enrollments comply with applicable federal and state regulations. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and enrollment activities.
Educational Outreach: Participate in seminars, webinars, and community events to educate potential clients about Medicare options and benefits.
Sales & Retention: Meet or exceed performance goals related to client enrollment and retention while ensuring customers have a positive experience with the company.
Ongoing Education: Stay up-to-date with the latest changes to Medicare regulations and benefits, and share this knowledge with clients to provide the most current and accurate information.
