Are you a detail-oriented professional with a keen understanding of the healthcare industry? Do you have a strong background in Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug Plan (MAPD) with a knack for finance, accounting, bookkeeping, and billing procedures? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you. We are currently seeking a Consulting Medicare Billing Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a remote, full-time position with a duration of 32 weeks, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities:

As a Consulting Medicare Billing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in investigating payment discrepancies, resolving member inquiries, and understanding enrollment operations. You will be responsible for Medicare membership enrollment and reconciliation. Your in-depth knowledge of State (CA DHS) and CMS files will be put to good use as you navigate the complex world of Medicare and CMS enrollment and billing regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. A minimum of three to five (3-5) years’ experience in a Medicare health plan or Managed Care – Enrollment, Disenrollment, and Reconciliation is required. You should have robust knowledge of Medicare and CMS enrollment and billing regulatory requirements. You must also have experience with epic, CareConnect, and Medicare Advantage Premium Billing Analyst or equivalent.

This role requires a candidate with exceptional analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. Your ability to multitask and prioritize while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines will be essential.
