Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their unique healthcare needs and coverage requirements.
- Present and explain various Medicare plan options clearly and concisely, helping clients make informed decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor for all things Medicare.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Stay up-to-date with Medicare regulations and product offerings to provide the most accurate and beneficial advice.
- Collaborate with the DLP Insurance Solutions team to share insights and improve client service.
Requirements
- Willing to pass Texas state life and health insurance exam
- Proven track record in sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- A genuine desire to help people find the right Medicare plans to meet their needs.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage your time effectively.
- Comfortable using technology for client interactions and record-keeping.
