Medication Aide – Full-Time

At CountryHouse Residence, an Agemark Senior Living community, our Medication Aides play an important role in helping residents feel safe, supported, and cared for. We’re looking for a Full-Time Medication Aide who brings compassion, reliability, and a genuine desire to serve older adults.

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus

The $2,000 sign-on bonus is paid in quarterly installments throughout your first year of employment. Team members must remain in good standing during each quarter, including meeting attendance and performance expectations, to be eligible for payment.

What You’ll Do

• Medication Administration: Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents’ care plans.
• Accurate Documentation: Document medication administration and maintain required records.
• Resident Monitoring: Observe residents for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and report them promptly to nursing staff.
• Daily Support: Assist residents with activities of daily living while providing dignity and compassionate care.
• Meaningful Connections: Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Teamwork: Help create a positive, supportive environment where residents feel at home.

What We’re Looking For

• Medication Aide Certification: Current certification that meets North Dakota requirements.
• Compassion: Patience and a genuine interest in serving older adults.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using systems for medication tracking and documentation.
• Dependability: Ability to work scheduled weekends and holidays as needed.
