At The Evergreen Inn, an Agemark Senior Living community, our Medication Aides help residents feel safe, supported, and cared for. We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable team member who enjoys working with seniors and is flexible to work a variety of shifts.

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with medications according to their care plans and physician orders

• Accurately document medications and maintain resident records

• Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to nursing staff

• Assist residents with daily living needs while encouraging independence and dignity

• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and coworkers

• Help create a positive, welcoming environment for our residents

What We’re Looking For

• Meet Washington requirements for medication administration

• Availability across day, evening, and overnight shifts based on community needs

• Strong communication and basic computer skills

• Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in working with seniors

• Dependable, flexible, and willing to work as part of a team

• Previous senior living or caregiving experience is a plus
