THIS POSITION REQUIRES THE MEDICATION ASSISTANT-CERTIFIED ENDORSEMENT. Join our team of amazing individuals today!Pay Range: $28-$29 DOEShift: Day & EveningFull Time OnlyMA-C Responsibilities:Ensure assigned residents receive their medications and treatments as ordered in their respective care plansDirects NACs to ensure completion of assigned tasksFollows center's policies and policies related to infection control and safetyEnsures timely completion of all charting is done in PCC daily before end of shiftCompletion of all assigned assessments as ordered from Supervising RN, RCM and/or DNSQualifications:Current active MACE national licensure without enforcement action against it OR active WA NAC and experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility; minimum of 1000 hours in the past calendar year REQUIREDCurrent NAC certification and active OBRA registryExcellent interpersonal skillsFast & adaptive problem-solving abilitiesIn-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulationsFirst Aid & CPR certificationsAbility to speak, understand, read and write English proficientlyAbility to pass a background check with no disqualifying eventsBenefits:Health/Dental/Vision insurance401KPaid Time OffTuition assistance and continued educationTHIS IS NOT A POSITION FOR A MEDICAL ASSISTANT.
