In this role, youll support residents by managing medication documentation following safety standards and working closely with the care team to ensure every resident receives the highest level of care.
What Youll Do • Accurately document and track medication activity • Follow all medication management policies and procedures • Record resident medical information and vital signs • Monitor and document resident self-administration of medications • Order and re-order medications and supplies • Coordinate with pharmacy and families • Provide friendly professional customer service
What Were Looking For High School Diploma or GED 1 year of Medication Technician experience in Assisted Living Arizona State Caregiver Certification Direct Care CPR/First Aid Certification Valid fingerprint clearance card Food handlers card
Strong attention to detail and a caring attitude are also highly valued.
