Maybelle Center is seeking a Medication Technician (MTs) to assist with administering or assist residents in self-administering medications and treatments under Registered Nurse (RN) delegation and supervision, in accordance with OSBN Division 47 and Oregon Administrative Rules 411-054. The MT is responsible for documenting medication administration in the PointClickCare electronic MAR, monitoring for side effects, medical and/or behavioral changes, and addressing safety risks such as med-seeking, cheeking or diversion.
This role involves close coordination with all departments and requires additional care coordination and support interventions guided by the Individual Service Plans, Temporary Service Plans, and Behavior Support Plans. As the Medication Technician, you will not only be working as part of a cohesive and interdisciplinary resident care team, but you will also be supporting nursing services in their ongoing endeavor to deliver comprehensive, holistic health models. They will actively collaborate with team members, external partners, and residents to promote recovery and stability in a respectful and culturally sensitive manner.
This is a non-supervisory, peer-based position.

Salary: $23.00-$25.00/hr (+ shift differential for hours worked between 6pm and 6am)
