Position: Medication Tech – Assisted Living & Memory Care

Administer oral and topical medications as ordered by a physician under the supervision of a licensed nurse
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies
Demonstrate knowledge of the “five rights” of medication administration
Record medication administration using our computer system
Monitor and report resident reactions or side effects to licensed staff
Take and record vital signs when required
Respond to call lights and anticipate resident needs
Support a culture of safety, quality, and dignity
Administer PRN medications as needed
Provide care in a manner that promotes resident comfort and well-being
Alzheimer’s & Dementia experience required
Perform other duties as assigned
