**Job Description:**

Baker Place Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Med-Tech to join our assisted living team on a part-time basis. As a Med-Tech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of our residents by assisting with medication administration and supporting the care team in delivering exceptional service. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Administer medications to residents according to their prescribed schedules and document all medication-related activities accurately.
- Monitor and record residents' vital signs and report any changes in health status to the nursing staff.
- Assist with daily living activities and provide compassionate support to residents as needed.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and quality care.
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding medication administration and healthcare practices.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and update individualized care plans for residents.
- Participate in training and continuing education opportunities to keep current with medical best practices and technologies.

**Qualifications:**

- Certified Medication Technician (Med-Tech) required.
- Previous experience in an assisted living or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Compassionate and patient-focused, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
