Medispa Service Coordinator

Position Summary

The MediSpa Service Coordinator provides superior customer service to clients by welcoming them and creating a hospitable environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Greets, schedules appointments, and services clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Explains all products, services, and treatments to clients
• Ensures towels are properly folded and well-stocked and that products are neat and orderly
• Supports technicians to consistently increase guest retention and service sales and maintain minimum retail sales goals
• Assists the Manager with inventory and ordering products
• Reconciles the cash register at end of shift

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer service experience
• CPR and AED certified within 30 days of hire
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, climb or lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Requirements

• Some related college experience
• Customer service experience in MediSpa, Medical Clinic or Spa

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $13.25 and pays up to $15.75, based on experience and qualifications.
