Blackridge Fleet Center is seeking a skilled and motivated Fleet Maintenance & Service Repair Technician to join our team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining and repairing commercial fleet vehicles and specialty equipment while demonstrating our core values of respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork.

What You'll Bring:
3+ years of fleet, medium/heavy-duty truck, or commercial equipment repair experience preferred
Tools Required
CDL highly preferred
Self-managed, self-starter and problem solver
Experience with cab & fleet repair, service bodies, and vocational truck systems
Working knowledge of hydraulic systems, lift gates, cranes, hoists, and PTO systems
Familiarity with electrical diagnostics, wiring, and auxiliary equipment installation
Basic welding and fabrication skills preferred
Ability to read and interpret schematics, repair manuals, and service bulletins
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to safely operate shop equipment and power tools
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
High School Diploma or equivalent

What You'll Be Doing:
Perform maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles including cab & chassis trucks and specialty upfit equipment
Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, lift gates, cranes, hoists, and related components
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems including lighting, control modules, PTO wiring, and auxiliary systems
Conduct preventative maintenance services on commercial fleet vehicles
Complete multi-point inspections and document findings accurately
Communicate repair needs and timelines clearly with service advisors and supervisors
Ensure all repairs meet company, state, federal, and manufacturer safety standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist with installation and service of truck-mounted equipment as needed
Support team members and help train less experienced technicians when appropriate
