Position Summary
Promotive is hiring a Truck & Trailer Parts Specialist for a well-established, high-performing repair facility in Cumberland, RI. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role supporting a busy shop that specializes in medium- and heavy-duty trucks and trailers.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist technicians in identifying and sourcing correct parts for medium- and heavy-duty trucks and trailers
- Look up parts using catalogs, vendor systems, and online databases
- Provide accurate pricing, availability, and timelines for parts orders
- Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory and accurate records of parts and sales
- Monitor stock levels and ensure critical parts are readily available
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Support overall shop efficiency by keeping technicians equipped with the right parts
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a parts counter, parts specialist, or similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of medium-duty, heavy-duty truck, and trailer parts required
- Familiarity with parts lookup systems and inventory management software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Valid driver’s license preferred
