Teoresi Inc is an international Group, with offices in Europe and United States, that acts as an engineering partner to customers' product and process development.We are looking for a:to support the development, validation, and continuous improvement of Medium Voltage (MV) electrical distribution equipment , ensuring reliable, compliant, and innovative solutions for utility and power distribution applications.You will work in a collaborative and international environment, partnering with engineering and manufacturing teams across North America, Europe, and Mexico to drive product development activities, certification efforts, reliability improvements, and technical innovation from concept through production.Key responsibilities Medium Voltage Product Design & DevelopmentR&D Support for Reclosers and Distribution EquipmentProduct Validation, Testing & CertificationRoot Cause Analysis & Reliability EngineeringElectrical, Thermal & Structural Design ReviewsCompliance with IEEE, ANSI, IEC, UL & CSA StandardsTechnical Documentation & Design Release SupportCross-Functional Collaboration with Global Engineering TeamsIntellectual Property Development & Technical LeadershipRequired Skills Experience in the design and development of Medium Voltage electrical productsKnowledge of CT/VT/PT (Current, Voltage or Potential Transformers)Strong knowledge of: MV reclosers , circuit Breakers, switchgear, load break switches, Power Distribution SystemsExperience with Product development and R&D environmentsKnowledge of industry standards including: IEEE, ANSI, IEC, UL, CSA, NEMAFamiliarity with engineering simulation and analysis tools such as: ANSYS and FEAProfile Completes Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering , or related field8+ years of experience in the electrical power equipment industryDirect experience with Medium Voltage products and distribution equipmentStrong understanding of product lifecycle activities from concept through productionExperience supporting global engineering and manufacturing organizationsAbility to independently lead technical investigations and engineering initiativesStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsAnalytical mindset with a focus on quality, reliability, and continuous improvementAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced engineering environmentProactive attitude and strong sense of ownershipPassion for innovation and technology developmentLocation: North CarolinaType of employment: Full-timeSend your application if you are interested in learning more about potential opportunities and projects.Benefits offered by Teoresi Inc.
