Role: Meeting & Events Manager

About the Team:
A professional services organization is growing its client-facing events team, supporting high-volume educational programs tied directly to revenue and client experience.
What You’ll Do:
• Own virtual, hybrid, and occasional in-person events from planning through follow-up
• Manage multiple programs at once in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Partner with senior subject-matter experts on content, timelines, and logistics
• Edit and polish PowerPoint decks for clarity, consistency, and presentation quality
• Moderate live sessions and troubleshoot real-time platform or attendee issues
• Coordinate scheduling, communications, surveys, certificates, AV, catering, and onsite details

• Full event lifecycle management
• Virtual and hybrid event execution
• Zoom/live event troubleshooting
• PowerPoint deck editing and cleanup
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Stakeholder coordination
• Multi-event portfolio management
• Strong attention to detail
• Calm judgment in high-stakes settings
Nice to Have:
• Revenue-generating event experience
• Professional services or legal environment exposure
