Superintendent – Tool Install (TI/PB/LOD)

Lehi, UT | Onsite

Up to $74/hour + $875/week per diem

What You'll Do:

Lead construction coordination and integration across all site projects within Tool Install/PB/LOD

Own all logistics for TI/PB/LOD construction — security, safety, staging, and working areas

Provide field supervision over trade contractors and CM field supervision personnel

Drive safety culture, contractor compliance, and protocol adherence across the site

Lead weekly site observation walks and manage micro-schedule updates and RFI coordination with the client Design Manager and AE company

Must-Have Qualifications:

10 years of construction industry experience as a Project Manager, including mass headcount and task management

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience

Previous mass project management experience on similar-scale projects

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with ability to correct performance issues and deliver difficult messages

Strong verbal communication and computer skills
