Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking an MEM SAP Analyst to join our team!

We make, sell, and distribute PepsiCo and more beverages. We have the exclusive rights to make, sell, and distribute directly to stores in our territory the world-renowned PepsiCo and Keurig Dr. Pepper beverages. These exclusive rights make up the vast majority of our business and cover certain counties across five states.

We also create our own beverages, producing and distributing them to our customers' warehouses nationally. And we make, sell, and distribute to our customers' warehouses a growing portfolio of beverages nationally. These beverages make up a small, but growing part of our business.

MEM SAP Analyst Role Overview

To support the SAP MEM Mobile Asset Management deployment, SAP Internal Orders, and MEM Business Warehouse reporting requirements for executive management.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Maintains internal orders by assigning purchase orders for capital equipment in SAP.
• Runs Idocs and relays the results to the Call Center.
• Creates all asset shells and equipment shells in SAP.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate information and updating equipment in SAP for master data.
• Runs ad hoc reports for placement/volume analysis to include PCNA.
• Trains MES/MEM on how to use SAP and Excel.
• Responsible for running reports on parts, equipment, income, wages, and sales analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting or 2 years experience in SAP, systems management, data analysis, and data configuration.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in data management using MS Access/Sequel, SAP or Oracle.
• Previous experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
• Must be detail oriented and have organizational skills and time management skills.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Team work or project leader skills are required.
