Member & Client Support Coordinator

YES YOU CAN HOME HELP AGENCY LLC is looking for a compassionate and organized Member & Client Support Coordinator to join our team in Southfield, MI. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner
• Coordinate and schedule home help services to ensure seamless client care delivery
• Maintain accurate client and member records, documentation, and case files in HHA Exchange or Electronic Visit Verification 
• Communicate with caregivers, families, and healthcare professionals to support individualized care plans
• Onboard new clients and members, guiding them through available services and agency processes
• Monitor client satisfaction and follow up regularly to ensure quality of care
• Support compliance with agency policies and home care regulations

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in client services, care coordination, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in home care, healthcare, or social services is a plus
• Proficient in basic computer applications and client management software
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
• Empathetic, patient, and dedicated to delivering person-centered support
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
