FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME | $16-$18 PER HOUR, PLUS SALES COMMISSIONS
The Member Concierge is the first and last person most guests see. This is not a passive reception job. It is a hospitality and sales position for someone who can make people feel welcome, stay organized during a busy shift, and confidently explain the value of membership.

Key Responsibilities


•        Welcome guests, provide shop tours, and manage check-in and checkout.
•        Answer calls, texts, and emails and schedule appointments accurately.
•        Explain membership options and sell memberships, upgrades, services, and retail products.
•        Support rebooking, retention, and member account maintenance.
•        Coordinate with service providers to keep appointments and service flow on track.
•        Process payments, maintain accurate records, and keep the front desk polished and organized.
•        Handle routine guest questions and concerns with professionalism and good judgment.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


 Previous sales, hospitality, retail, salon, spa, or customer-service experience preferred.
•        Comfort discussing prices, asking for the sale, and working toward goals.
•        Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
•        Experience with booking, point-of-sale, CRM, or scheduling software is helpful.
•        A high school diploma or equivalent and evening and weekend availability.
