About the Role:Hammer and Nails in Yardley, PA is looking for a charismatic and service-driven Member Concierge to be the face of our premium grooming experience. Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome members and guests, ensuring a warm and elevated first impression
- Manage appointment scheduling, booking, and confirmations using salon management software
- Promote and sell memberships and retail products.
- Handle member inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house environment
- Process transactions, manage POS system, and handle cash and card payments accurately
- Coordinate with grooming staff to ensure smooth daily operations and on-time service flow
- Take guests on tours and serve complimentary refreshments.
Requirements:- Prior customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a naturally outgoing personality
- Sales-minded with the ability to confidently promote memberships and retail products
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency with scheduling or POS software is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
- Passion for delivering a luxury, hospitality-driven guest experience
