Member Experience Agent/Custodial (Overnight)OverviewThe Member Experience Agent for overnight will be focused on cleaning the gym overnight. MXA will have some front desk duties such as greeting people and checking them out for consumables. The main focus is to clean your designated area for the night and make sure everything is prepped for the morning shift.
- Clean designated area such as toilets, showers, mopping, wiping down equipment, etc.
- Make sure trash is taken out, towels are washed and folded, etc.
- Meet & greet anyone who enters the gym quickly and professionally with a friendly attitude and a smile.
- Immediately approach any member or guest so that you can quickly and efficiently assist them with whatever it is they need.
- Answer the phone in 3 rings or less with a friendly attitude, using the script provided. “Thank you for calling QNTM Fit Life, this is Joe, how many I direct your call?” Handle the call efficiently and professionally or transfer the call to the appropriate staff members.
- Cleaning tasks, locker room checks, stocking inventory, ringing up POS sales, etc. to ensure the facility is ready for the next day
- Ensuring all QNTM policies and procedures are adhered to and that members and fellow staff members are adhering to all policies and procedures as well
- Candidate Requirements
Must be able to learn policies and procedures quickly and follow instructions.The ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment and the ability to multi task is a must.Basic math & verbal skills, understanding of basic accounting principles, cash processing procedures, inventory management, etc. are required.Computer skills and efficient typing ability requiredCustodial experience preferredOvernight work experience preferredThis position reports directly to the Assistant ManagerEducationHigh School Diploma and / or some college preferred.CertificationsCurrent CPR & AED Certification is required.NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE.
