The Role

We are looking for a software engineer who loves explaining complex systems as much as building them. You will create technical content, developer documentation, sample applications, and educational resources that help developers build with NeoSigma's AI platform. Some weeks you'll be writing deep technical guides and shipping code samples. Other weeks you'll collaborate with engineering to launch product documentation, developer tutorials, and content that shapes how the AI community learns about our platform.
What you'll do

  • Write engineering blogs, tutorials, and cookbooks for developers building with our platform
  • Make complex AI and systems concepts clear and compelling
  • Own our Twitter/X handle and developer-focused social channels
  • Build and maintain developer docs, quickstart guides, and sample apps
  • Work with engineering to write content that reflects how the system actually works
  • Develop a content calendar aligned to product launches and developer trends
  • Engage with the developer community answer questions, amplify contributions, represent NeoSigma
  • Ship demos, code samples, and reference implementations alongside content

What we look for

  • A software engineer who writes not a writer who codes
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, and AI/ML systems
  • Strong technical writing: precise, opinionated, and easy to read
  • Published technical content blogs, docs, tutorials, or open-source work
  • Sharp instinct for developer experience you spot bad APIs and confusing docs
  • Track record managing a technical Twitter/X or developer community channel
  • Proficient in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript; comfortable across the stack
  • Strong editorial judgment you teach first, market second
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Our Core Values

  • Customer Obsession - We start with the customer and work backwards. We aim to earn trust through consistent delivery, thoughtful listening, and by obsessing over customers.
  • Intellectual Honesty - We operate with high trust and low ego. Ideas matter more than titles, and we communicate openly and directly while assuming good intent, even in strong disagreement.
  • Bias for Action - We set high standards and move quickly to meet them. We prefer building and learning with customers over debating in the abstract, and we iterate based on real feedback.
  • Extreme Ownership - We take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks. Ownership means seeing problems through to completion and ensuring solutions truly work in practice.

Benefits and perks

  • Competitive salary plus meaningful equity package
  • Comprehensive medical benefits and generous PTO
  • Flexible work arrangements
  • Direct impact on company direction and technical decisions
  • High ownership and the opportunity to make a career-defining impact
