What You Will Do
Design and develop mechanical systems and components using CAD software.
Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) to validate design integrity and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
Develop and implement testing protocols to evaluate product durability and functionality.
Iterate on designs based on testing results and user feedback to optimize performance.
Contribute to the development of materials and finishes (CMF) that enhance product aesthetics and usability.
Ideal Candidate Background
6+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in robotics or hardware manufacturing.
Proficiency in CAD and FEA tools such as ANSYS or Abaqus.
Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
Experience with product lifecycle management and iterative design processes.
Preferred
Familiarity with consumer product design and development.
Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of advanced materials and manufacturing techniques.
Compensation and Benefits
