What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and ship high-quality software features using React, TypeScript, and Python, contributing to both frontend and backend systems.
• Collaborate closely with product designers and stakeholders to translate user needs into functional prototypes and production-ready features.
• Lead initiatives to improve product functionality, driving measurable user adoption and retention through impactful software solutions.
• Navigate and resolve complex technical challenges while prioritizing high-impact projects that align with user-centric goals.
• Engage in rapid prototyping and iterative development to achieve product-market fit in a fast-paced startup environment.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2–6 years of experience as a full-stack engineer, proficient in React, TypeScript, and Python, with a strong focus on shipping production code.
• Demonstrated experience in a startup environment, thriving in 01 scenarios with a hands-on approach to coding and problem-solving.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to drive collaborative efforts.
• Strong product intuition, with a track record of making data-driven decisions that enhance user experiences and business value.

Preferred

• Experience in leading technical projects or initiatives that extend beyond assigned tasks, showcasing a proactive approach to product development.
• Familiarity with user feedback processes, demonstrating empathy for user needs and the ability to iterate quickly based on insights.

Compensation and Benefits
