What You Will Do

• Develop and launch user-facing product features using React and TypeScript, driving the product from conception to deployment.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and founders to define product vision and ensure alignment on user experience.
• Iterate on features post-launch by utilizing user feedback and performance data to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
• Maintain high code quality through clean abstractions, thorough testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Work across the full stack, engaging with frontend, backend APIs, and data flows to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Proactively identify product or UX gaps and propose innovative solutions to enhance the platform.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2–8 years of experience in product engineering with a strong focus on frontend development using React and TypeScript.
• Proven track record of owning a meaningful product or feature from idea to launch, demonstrating high ownership and accountability.
• Experience thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with a bias for action and a startup mentality.
• Strong collaboration skills, having worked closely with product and design teams to deliver polished user interfaces and experiences.

Preferred

• Background in AI or data-driven product development, enhancing the ability to build intelligent user experiences.
• Familiarity with design systems and reusable UI components, contributing to a cohesive design language across products.

Compensation and Benefits
