Legal document review · Attorney-facing · W-2 with full benefits · Weekly pay · M–F 8–4:30 · No remote
If you've spent time in a legal office, title company, or real estate environment and you're good at holding attorneys accountable for paperwork without burning the relationship — this role is a direct translation of what you already do well.
UF Resources is a fast-growing estate planning and financial services company based in Bradenton. Our Member Plan Coordinators are the internal backbone of our plan delivery process: reviewing legal documents prepared by network attorneys, identifying errors and gaps, and driving resolution so our members receive accurate, complete estate plans. This is internal-facing, process-driven, and detail-critical work — every document you clear protects a real family's legacy.
What you'll do
Review estate planning documents submitted by network attorneys for legal accuracy and completeness.
Identify missing, incorrect, or incomplete documents and communicate directly with attorneys to resolve them.
Coordinate and organize all documentation required to assemble member estate plan binders.
Assist with deed funding by reviewing deeds and related tax documentation for accuracy.
Track case status, maintain precise records, and drive files to timely completion.
Collaborate with internal teams to keep cases moving efficiently and without bottlenecks.
What you bring
Background in legal, paralegal, title, real estate closing, or a related document-driven field — this is where your experience will land fastest.
A sharp, trained eye for detail — you know what a complete file looks like and you don't let incomplete ones move forward.
Confident, professional communication with attorneys and external partners — direct without being difficult.
Strong organizational habits: you manage multiple open files, track deadlines, and don't let things fall through the cracks.
Comfort with structured checklists, document management systems, and process-driven workflows.
No estate planning experience required — we provide full training on our documents and systems.
What we offer
W-2 full-time position with weekly pay.
Health, dental, vision, and life insurance — eligible after 90 days.
Paid holidays, PTO, and vacation time.
401(k) with company match.
Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. No evenings, no weekends.
A stable, growth-focused company where precision and accountability are genuinely valued.
Ongoing training and career development as the company scales.
Not the right fit if: you need remote or hybrid flexibility, prefer a client-facing or sales-oriented role, or find high-volume legal document review tedious rather than satisfying.
At UF Resources, a Member Plan Coordinator isn't an administrative support role — it's a quality control function that directly determines whether a member's family receives an accurate, legally sound estate plan. If that level of ownership fits how you work, we want to hear from you.
