UW Credit Union is looking for someone who can keep our Member Service Operations Team product enhancements moving; removing roadblocks, sharpening our Agile practices, and making sure the work that supports our members' day-to-day banking experience gets delivered well, in a highly regulated financial services environment. And this isn't just a process role; it's a people role. As the MSO Agile Delivery Coordinator You'll facilitate the day-to-day rhythm of Agile delivery, coach teams toward greater process maturity, and steward our enhancement pipeline with an eye for detail and follow-through. You'll also spend a lot of time engaging and influencing across cross-functional teams. Success will come down to how well you communicate. Can you explain a complex roadblock in a way that gets people on board? Can you build trust and shared accountability so teams want to follow your lead, even without positional authority? If you're the kind of person who can use empathy to read a room and adjust your approach, leading through empathy and clarity as much as expertise, we want to talk to you.
