Member Service Representative

Important schedule & onsite requirements:

• This is an onsite position in Albany.
• Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• We have varied shifts available between these hours M-F.
• Employees are scheduled to work every other Saturday.
• Full-time positions are based on a 40-hour work week: Shifts are typically eight hours in length and include a 30-minute unpaid meal period.
• When scheduled to work a Saturday shift, employees receive a day off during the same work week.
• Schedules may vary week to week and can include both opening and closing shifts, as well as Saturdays.

• Additional Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort handling 75+ calls per day in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to work 7-7, M-F, and 8-2 on Saturdays (40 hours/week)
  • Potential for hybrid flexibility after 6 months and fully trained.

In this high-volume call center role, you’ll assist members by phone, triaging calls, answering questions, resolving issues, processing transactions, and connecting members with the appropriate team when needed.
