Member Service Representative - Floater

Job description

The Member Service Representative - Floating will travel often with the ability to meet staff from across the credit union and build relationships with our members at the 8 MEMBERS1st Branch Locations. The primary job duty of this position will be performing member transactions on the teller line and assisting our contact center group on the phone line.

• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
• Assist with member inquiries, account updates, and membership sign-ups
• Handle cash management and cashiering duties
• Utilize 10-key typing skills for accurate data entry
• Perform basic retail math calculations

This person will travel amongst MEMBERS1st Community Credit Union’s locations including Boone, Ames, Marshalltown, Eldora, Traer, Iowa Falls and the Contact Center. A company car will be provided for travel, and if unavailable, mileage reimbursement would be received for miles from the floating position’s home branch. Home branch is to be determined upon hire. This position will work a Monday-Friday schedule, with varying hours and Saturdays as needed.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
