Position Summary

We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Member Service Representative I (MSR I) to join our team at our Sparta Office. As the first point of contact for our members, this role is essential in delivering outstanding service and assisting with a variety of financial transactions. This part-time position (25 hours per week) is ideal for someone looking to balance work with other commitments while building a career in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist members with daily transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments

  • Process debit card, credit card, and change order requests

  • Develop positive business relationships with new and existing members

  • Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and services

  • Adhere to all credit union policies, procedures, and guidelines

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of member information and comply with privacy standards

  • Collaborate with team members and maintain open communication across departments

Training & Work Environment

  • Extensive on-the-job training provided
