POSITION SUMMARY
As a Member Service Representative, you are responsible for providing prompt and courteous member service while processing accurate teller transactions. Cross-sell credit union products and services in alignment with members' financial needs and strategic goals of the credit union. Also serve as primary contact for many member dealings at CFCU.

Work Schedule
Rotation: Mon-Fri, available to work 7:45am (earliest shift) and until 6:15pm (latest shift); Also some Saturdays, from 9am-12pm.

What You Will Do:
Accurately process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
Serve as primary contact and build relationships with CFCU members.
Understand and cross-sell CFCU products and services.
Achieve individual and branch goals for member experience, transaction accuracy, and product cross-sells.
Work Schedule: Monday Friday and rotating Saturdays.
Education and Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Minimum 1 year of experience in financial institution or retail customer sales/service environment required.
Prior cash-handling experience preferred.
