Join us in our effort to help individuals and communities \"Find Your Yes!\" **Role Description** This is a part-time, on-site Member Service Representative role located in Wichita, KS. The Member Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional in-branch experience to credit union members by processing transactions accurately, offering personalized financial services, and educating members on self-service banking options. This role is essential in supporting the credit unions mission to cultivate financial success, foster member independence, and empower the community. **Job Duties** - Accurately process routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing. - Greet and welcome members and visitors to the credit union in a professional manner. - Build and deepen relationships with members by addressing their needs, answering inquiries, and providing financial solutions to help them succeed. - Assist members in managing their accounts, including updating personal information and resolving issues. - Perform branch specific duties including maintaining cash drawer, balancing vaults, processing night deposits, and assisting with opening/closing the branch. - Address member concerns and provide appropriate solutions, escalating more complex issues when necessary. - Identify opportunities to recommend credit union products, services, and cross-sell accounts, loans, and self-service options. - Ensure that all transactions comply with credit union policies and maintain accurate records, supporting audits and other compliance-related tasks. - Perform other duties as assigned **Qualifications** - High school diploma or equivalent required - 2 years in retail or customer service required - Experience in financial services or credit union industry preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in multitasking and working with a team **Schedule** - Monday to Friday - Required Saturdays
