Member Service Specialist (Credit Union)

Join a credit union branch team where you'll be the first point of contact for members-delivering excellent service, processing transactions, and helping individuals find the right financial solutions.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Assist members with transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments)
• Answer account questions and resolve issues with a high level of service
• Open and maintain accounts (checking, savings, IRAs, certificates)
• Educate members on products, services, and digital banking tools
• Identify opportunities to recommend loans, credit cards, and other services
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and support daily branch operations
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and security standards

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in a credit union, bank, or financial services environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven attention to detail and accuracy with financial transactions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, member-facing environment
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and Microsoft Office

Nice to Have:

• Credit union experience
• Familiarity with core banking systems and compliance procedures

Work Environment:

• On-site in a branch setting
• May include occasional Saturdays or rotating schedules
