- Represent Summit's service philosophy in every interaction, helping build long‑term member relationships rooted in care, respect, and reliability.
What You'll Bring
- 1+ year of customer service or sales experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Solid judgment for problem-solving within established guidelines
- Attention to detail and comfort with basic math
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
