The Member Services Associate provides weekend coverage at the amenity center while serving as the first point of contact for residents and prospective homeowners. This key role will be assisting residents with amenity access, answering questions, maintaining coffee stations, completing light administrative tasks, and assisting with occasional lifestyle activities.
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Compensation: $16–$18/hour
About the Community:
Everything comes together effortlessly at this community, situated on the river bank. This 55+ master-planned community with buildout of just over 500 homes is within another master association. With a fitness center, coffee bar, staff offices, a pool, and other amenities, there is a high level of community involvement.
The Member Services Associate provides office assistance, membership support and clerical administration for the community. This position is multi-faceted and supports the site management team in a variety of duties including ensuring all callers, visitors and residents are greeted in a friendly and informative manner.

If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
