Member Services Associate

The Downtown/10th Street Family YMCA is currently seeking part time, personable Member Service Associates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment to provide quality service to members and prospective members. We are currently looking for candidates that have availability on weekdays 4-9pm and weekends 11-6pm. The pay range for this position is $13-$15 per hour.DUTIES of a Member Services AssociateResponsibilities include answering phones, greeting members, processing memberships, taking financial transactions and completing program registrations.QUALIFICATIONS of a Member Services AssociateApplicants should have excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, a high school diploma or GED and be 18 years old or older.Who we are: The YMCA of Greater Richmond stands committed to creating a work environment comprised of individuals from diverse socio-economic, racial, ethnic, religious, and national origins.
