MEMBER SERVICES ASSOCIATE

Position Overview: 

The Member Services Associate serves as a key ambassador for Flatrock Motorclub, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for members and guests. This position is instrumental in supporting administration of the Club system and daily delivery of service across the operation at the clubhouse concierge desk and member events while ensuring members receive personalized attention and a world-class hospitality experience. The ideal candidate is professional, welcoming, energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing outstanding service in a luxury motorsports community. 

Responsibilities: 

Member Experience & Concierge Services 

• Welcome members, guests, and visitors in a professional, friendly manner.  

• Serve as a point of contact for member inquiries, requests, and concerns.  

• Assist members with their Club app, reservations, event registration, activity scheduling, and general club information.  

• Maintain a strong knowledge of club amenities, services, events, and policies.  

• Provide personalized service and proactively anticipate member needs.  

• Assist with new member onboarding and orientation experiences.  

Clubhouse Reception 

• Support daily clubhouse operations and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.  

• Assist with member and guest check-in procedures.  

• Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless member experiences.  

• Monitor clubhouse activity and communicate member needs to leadership when appropriate.  

Events & Hospitality Support 

• Support setup, execution, and breakdown of member events, track days, social gatherings, and special activations as needed. 

• Provide hospitality support during club events and race weekends.  

• Support event logistics, registration, and attendee communications.  

• Ensure event spaces are properly prepared and maintained.  

Qualifications 

• High school diploma or equivalent required.  

• Previous hospitality, customer service, concierge, retail, country club, resort, or luxury service experience preferred.  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.  

• Professional appearance and demeanor.  

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.  

• Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment.  

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions 

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time  

• Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and carrying items up to 40 pounds  

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions  

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require
