Member Services Representative

A local credit union is seeking a customer-focused Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional service and support daily banking operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values accuracy, professionalism, and member relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process member transactions, including cash handling and account services
  • Answer questions, resolve issues, and promote credit union products
  • Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:
