Member Services Representative (Teller)


Client in the financial services industry is seeking a Member Services Representative to assist with processing transactions, handling cash, and supporting member account inquiries in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Salary is $30-$32k, DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE:



  • The Member Services Representative will process deposits, withdrawals, and member transactions with accuracy

  • The Member Services Representative will balance cash drawer daily and maintain proper cash handling procedures

  • Answer member questions regarding accounts, transactions, and services

  • Support account maintenance and system updates as needed



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE



  • Prior cash handling experience strongly preferred (retail, banking, restaurant closeout, ect.)

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required

  • Comfortable navigating computer systems and learning new tools

  • Must be able to work half day on Saturday, rotating
