Position Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused Universal Banker to provide exceptional service, accurately process transactions, and support branch growth. This role combines teller and customer service responsibilities, helping customers with routine banking needs while identifying opportunities to recommend products and services that meet their financial goals.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30-5:30
Pay: $23-25

Key Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve routine inquiries.
- Identify customer needs and make appropriate product and service referrals.
- Balance cash drawer daily and follow all cash handling, security, and compliance procedures.
- Verify customer identity and documentation while ensuring adherence to banking regulations.
- Complete required compliance documentation, including BSA, KYC, and OFAC-related requirements.
- Support branch sales and service goals through relationship building and proactive customer engagement.
- Assist with branch opening/closing duties and provide support across branch locations as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, efficient branch environment.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping clients.
- Previous customer service experience preferred; banking or cash-handling experience a plus.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality.
