Job Summary
The Member Services Representative - Front Deskcreates a welcoming and positive experience for members, guests, and prospects by delivering exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting club cleanliness.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Greet members, guests, and prospects
· Handle all front desk activities
· Respond to member questions and concerns
· Answer phones promptly
· Check in members and update accounts
· Facilitate new member sign-ups and conduct tours
· Assist with cleaning and organizing the club
Qualifications and Requirements
· Prior customer service experience preferred
· Basic computer proficiency
· Passionate about fitness and health
· Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
· Reliable, punctual, and professional
· High school diploma or GED equivalent required
· Must be 18 years of age or older
Physical Demands
· Remain standing or walking for extended periods
· Frequent communication, in-person and via phone
· Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
· Handle cleaning chemicals or biohazards safely
