LHH is working on behalf of our fantastic client in New Haven County who has an immediate Member Service Rep/Teller staffing need. This role is in the office 5 days/week. Potential candidates must be 18 years of age and have previous retail and customer service experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Process a variety of transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account maintenance.

  • Resolve member questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

  • Open new accounts and service existing accounts.

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality, compliance, and attention to detail in all member interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous banking, retail, or customer service experience preferred.

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-moving environment.

  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed financially.

Pay $18-20/hr DOE
