LHH is working on behalf of our fantastic client in New Haven County who has an immediate Member Service Rep/Teller staffing need. This role is in the office 5 days/week. Potential candidates must be 18 years of age and have previous retail and customer service experience
Key Responsibilities
Process a variety of transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account maintenance.
Resolve member questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Open new accounts and service existing accounts.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality, compliance, and attention to detail in all member interactions.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous banking, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-moving environment.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed financially.
Pay $18-20/hr DOE
