Terravita Golf & Country Club, located in Scottsdale, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Member Services! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Composes and types routine correspondence, including, but not limited to: memorandums, letters, Club announcements, member newsletters, and reports.
- Maintains electronic member and prospective member databases and hard files. Creates and maintains accurate and efficient filing systems. Assists Membership Director with administrative tasks.
- Answers member and prospective member questions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Initiates telephone correspondence with prospective members to introduce the Club and Club amenities. Handles event reservations and attends functions as needed.
- Prepares and distributes various Club mailings, including, but not limited to: Club announcements and sales information. Creates mail merges from electronic files.
- Maintains adequate inventory of membership sales kits and various Club and Membership notices and information. Regularly updates neighborhood kiosks with upcoming events.
- Operates key office machines, including, but not limited to: computer, calculator, fax machine, and copier. Demonstrates proficiency in Outlook, Word, Publisher, and Excel, among other applications.
- Orders and maintains office supplies and collateral for membership kits.
- Performs various administrative and sales duties during Club events. Handles social media needs.
- Maintains complete understanding of membership categories, sales processes, and new member enrollment processes.
- Assists in the preparation of monthly membership reports for the facility manager and owners.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to read and speak English in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g., the associates are required to communicate with English-speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates use are in English).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Education and Experience:
- Associates degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college; or six months to one year of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
