The Member Solutions Lead Assistant contributes to Abound's culture by promoting teamwork, collaboration, and a positive member and team member experience.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the collection process for overdrawn share accounts and returned items, including direct outreach to members by phone, in-person discussions, and in writing. • Collaborate with branch teams to research account issues and coordinate with approved third-party collection agencies when necessary. • Maintain accurate records and prepares routine and specialized reports to track activity, supports regulatory requirements, and ensures compliance with internal policies. • Delivers high-quality service while working to resolve accounts efficiently and minimize financial risk to the credit union.
Requirements:
• Knowledge of Credit Union products and services. • Ability to effectively communicate Credit Union products and services effectively and identify appropriate cross-sell opportunities. • Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and willingness to support team members across the credit union; able to work effectively as part of a team. • Knowledge of personal computers and keyboarding. • Demonstrates computer skills, both in use of applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel and use of collection software to assign accounts and prepare reports. • Ability to maintain professional demeanor in all situations. • Ability to communicate clearly, orally and written self-expression. • Must be organized, display attention to details and able to meet deadlines.

Salary Information:
$19.64 - $24.55 / hour
