Additionally, having 1 year of sales experience, including familiarity with lending practices, is beneficial. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to confidently cross-sell products and services. Successful candidates will exhibit a positive, service-oriented attitude and be adept at working with diverse stakeholders, including members and senior management.Proficiency in financial software, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as intermediate mathematical skills, are key requirements.
