As a Member Support and Operations Specialist, you'll be the frontline representative, delivering exceptional service and solutions. Youll work closely with the team to ensure member inquiries are handled promptly, efficiently, and professionally, making a positive impact on our members satisfaction.
What Youll Do
As a Member Support and Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing outstanding customer service to internal and external contacts across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, mail, fax)
- Meeting and exceeding service level and individual/team metric goals
- Utilizing troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve member inquiries effectively
- Handling member complaints and issues to their satisfaction, exercising sound judgment within established guidelines
- Entering accurate member data and relevant information into the association management system or other data repositories, demonstrating exceptional data entry skills
- Educating members about products, services, resources, and benefits, maximizing engagement opportunities
What Youll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a high-volume call center or customer service environment preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or association management systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with computers, including typing speed and familiarity with Excel and Word
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
