Our client, a leading organization in the customer support industry, is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join their team as Contact Center Employees in Daytona, Florida. Job Title: Travel & Tourism Member Support- Remote

Location: Remote 

Pay Rate: $20.00 hourly

Shift: Flexible Shift

What's the Job?

  • Provide outstanding customer service through various communication channels for the Travel & Tourism industry.
  • Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and processes
  • Support the organization’s goals by demonstrating professionalism and a positive attitude

What's Needed?

  • 2-3 Years of experience in Travel & Tourism PREFERRED
  • Inbound/Outbound CSR Skills
  • Strong technological computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace for remote work
  • Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is a plus
