Membership Concierge

Every Bundle Buddy member is promised tune-ups, safety checks, priority service, and a dedicated Membership Concierge who calls when it's time to schedule. We're hiring that person. You'll make sure every promise lands on the calendar, without members having to chase us.

Family-owned and serving Richmond since 1984, we handle electrical, plumbing, heating and air, generators, and handyman work under one roof. Richmond magazine readers have named us their favorite electrician 11 years running (2016–2026), and we hold a 4.9 on Google and an A+ with the BBB.

Every Bundle Buddy membership comes with these promises. Here's how you'll keep each one:

• Two seasonal tune-ups a year, plus electrical safety and plumbing comfort checks: Book every visit when it's due, inside its season.

• A call, text, or email when services are due: Reach out first, so members never have to chase us.

• A dedicated Membership Concierge: Answer the member line and be their one point of contact.

• Priority scheduling, 15% savings, reduced dispatch fees, and a 2-year warranty: Keep memberships accurate in ServiceTitan so every perk applies automatically.

• Monthly or annual billing with automatic renewal: Explain payment options, remind members before renewal, and fix failed payments.

• Call and welcome every new member within 1 business day, explain their benefits, and book their first visits.

• Answer the dedicated member line and resolve questions, looping in managers when needed.

• Schedule all included services: HVAC tune-ups, electrical safety checks, plumbing comfort checks, and Backup Buddy generator tune-ups.

• Keep recurring services in ServiceTitan clean and current: right dates, right systems, nothing stale or duplicated.

• Build outbound call, text, and email lists (visits due, renewals, failed payments, past members) and work them until they're cleared.

• Track new members, visits scheduled, renewals, and expirations each week.

• 2+ years in customer service, inside sales, or a call center. Home services is a plus.

• A warm phone voice. You explain things plainly and never push.

• You like a tidy list. ServiceTitan or similar software experience is a plus.

Pay: $20 - $25 an hour depending on experience
